  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Where does treatment occur?
  • A: Treatment occurs primarily in the home, but other contact must be conducted in various, out of home locations so as to appropriately address the unique needs of the client (i.e. school, recreational areas, clinical appointments, work setting, etc.)

Q: Who is involved in the services provided?
  • A: The entire family is involved. The client is the primary target, but the whole family must share in addressing the issues necessitating intensive in-home services.

Q: How are services funded?
  • A: Services are provided through Medicaid with no charge to the parent; therefore, clients must be eligible Medicaid recipients.

Q: How do I make a referral or request for services?
  • A: Contact us at (804)231-9344. We'll gladly guide you through this easy one step process.
