Maurice MorganChief Executive OfficerMaurice E. Morgan, Jr is the founder and CEO of New Pathways Youth Services. Maurice has a Bachelors in Psychology from Bluefield College. Maurice has a story which motivated him to create New Pathways Youth and Adult Services to assist others that require additional support to improve their lives. Maurice's contribution to the community have been documented in newspapers like the Richmond Times Dispatch. Maurice enjoys creating music and assisting his clients with changing their lives. |
Sheniqua JohnsonChief of OperationsSheniqua Johnson works with New Pathways Youth Services as Chief of Operations. Sheniqua graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her Bachelors in Social Work. Sheniqua graduated from Walden University with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. Sheniqua currently receives Clinical Supervision towards her LCSW. Sheniqua enjoys volunteering in the community, implementing programs like Women's Wednesday, and assisting her clients with making progress towards their goals.

Jonique RippyExecutive Office Manager
Jonique Rippy is the Executive Office Manager of New Pathways Youth and Adult Services. Jonique manages the offices for both the Virginia and Georgia locations. She has a background in elementary education. She also has a bachelor's from VCU in Early and Elementary Education and is licensed to teach PK-6. She has been working for NPYS on and off for 2 years. Jonique has a husbands and 3 children, 2 daughters and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, crafting, and going to Target.
Christine JohnsonQuality AssuranceChristine Johnson is a purpose-driven servant leader. Christine believes God has created everything for a purpose, and love wins! Christine enjoys community outreach by allowing others to know they have value. Christine has worked in group settings and community-based work, providing services to seniors, youth, and those facing other life challenges. She also specialized in training at the Rutgers University Institute for Families. Christine's education has assisted with her professional and civic endeavors. Christine holds a Doctorate in Religious Education/Pastoral Care, a Masters in Human Services, and a Bachelors in Human Services.
Sherrial SwineyClinical SupervisorSherrial Swiney is a Clinical Supervisor at New Pathways Youth and Adult Services. She attended Kent State University earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Sherrial obtained a certification in mediation and conflict management during her time at Kent State University. Sherrial graduated in May 2023 with a Master's degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. She enjoys working to foster positive relationships and harmony amongst families. Sherrial gained insight into underserved and disadvantaged communities through her direct employment as a research assistant with People First Initiative. Sherrial plans to obtain her LCSW and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Nicole RawlingsClinical Supervisor
Hello! I am Nicole Rawlings, Clinical Supervisor here at New Pathways and I love servicing the community. I graduated from Norfolk State University in 2015, receiving my Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. I also completed my graduate program March of 2024 from Capella University receiving my Masters of Behavioral Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with a certificate in Child Play Therapy. A fun fact about me, I am an identical twin and I love being a mother. My favorite hobbies are doing poetry, dance and playing sports!

Nicole HunterCLINICAL DIRECTOR-RIC Nicole Hunter works as the Clinical Director of New Pathways Youth Services. As a New Jersey native, Nicole holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is an educator, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner, and founder of Healing Hearts Counseling & Consulting Agency, LLC. She has over 17 years of experience as an educator and has been serving in the community mental health field for the over 7 years.
Kim YoungerQuality AssuranceKim Younger is the Quality Assurance Specialist at New Pathways. She has worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for the last 5 years. Kim graduated from VCU with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and received her Master's degree in Criminal Justice with Human Service Counseling from Liberty University. She has worked within the mental/behavioral health field for more than ten years and has experience working in hospitals, behavioral health units, group homes for women/adolescents with mental health disorders, and halfway houses for men/women with mental health disorders. Kim has five grandchildren and wishes to travel to France, England, Ireland, Scotland, and Finland one day.

Jasper Ramsey is a former professional in the tech industry who discovered his true passion for helping others. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. He finds interest in traveling, spending quality time with family, coaching, and giving back to the children in the community. His future goal is to further his education by pursuing a Master's degree and becoming a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP). |
Stacia Jones-Wilkins
QMHP LEADStacia Jones-Wilkins is a Qualified Mental Health Professional and Team Lead at New Pathways Adult and Youth Services, where she has worked in mental and behavioral health for over 8 years. She is passionate about rebuilding family connections, supporting those who struggle with self-forgiveness, and encouraging self-empowerment. She is currently pursuing her CSAC certification to become a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in Virginia. Stacia is also working towards a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University. She has been married for over 20 years and has three adult children. In her free time, she enjoys music, crafting, road trips, and spending time with family and friends.

Cherelle graduated from the illustrious Hampton University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. Cherelle is on a pre-medical track and is currently attending Liberty University in pursuit of her Master's in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. She has a plethora of experience working in Victim Advocacy and Trauma. Passion is what serves as fuel for Cherelle's advocacy efforts and helps her through the process of assisting clients.

Jaiona Owen
QMHPJaiona Owen is a Qualified Mental Health Professional at New Pathways Adult and Youth Services. For the past year, she has worked as a Intensive In-Home counselor. Jaiona is passionate about working with the community and providing adequate services to her clients to ensure they receive the most effective treatment. Jaiona was recognized in her field as Employee of the Month in October 2020. She currently lives in Richmond, Virginia, and enjoys art work and exercising in her spare time.

Ericka graduated from JSRCC with her Associate of Applied Service degree in Human Services and later graduated from Old Dominion University with her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She has since been working in the mental health field for over 9 years and enjoys cultivating a sense of peace, stability, and self-sufficiency in individuals lives. Ericka enjoys traveling, trying new food, and art!

She has experience working with children with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. Classic is passionate about assisting children and families with improving their communication and overall dynamics.

Allison Greene QMHP Allison Greene is a QMHP-A here at New Pathways Youth and Adult Services. She graduated from Norfolk State University. Allison has worked in the mental health field since 2008. Allison is currently enrolled in the Counselor Education program at Virginia State University and will graduate soon with a Masters in Education (Clinical Mental Health specialty). Allison enjoys working out and traveling.

Mary GriffithOffice AssistantMary Works for New Pathways Youth Services as an Office Assistant at our Norfolk office. Mary attended Western Governors University, obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2021. She has worked in the healthcare field as a certified nursing assistant, moving into the mental health field, as care team assistant for an inpatient unit in Bremerton, Washington. Mary is a proud military spouse, who moved into the Virginia Beach area two years ago with her active duty Navy spouse and 3 children.

Sarah WyattInternSarah Wyatt has an associates degree in Criminal Justice and is an intern at New Pathways Youth Services in Richmond under the leadership of Mrs. Johnson. Sarah will be graduating in 2024 from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's in human services. Sarah's favorite color is red, and she enjoys shopping, collecting, and buying DVD movies.
